I have been working in Myrtle Beach and living in Carolina Forest for about 10 years. When I purchased my home, the market immediately crashed. I have really been somewhat living in fear that I was continuously underwater on my house, and then I came across the website Carolina Forest SC Real Estate which has the subdivisions broken down really well so I can see what I owe on my home compared to what people are asking. It also let me easily view all the other neighborhoods in the area I live.
I've show this site to my friends that own homes in this area and they all think it is really useful as well.
